Terms and Conditions

CARDELS imparts Motor training in Car /driving. After completion of training we assists the students in passing the necessary tests and obtaining driving license from police license Dept. The training course consists two hours of thirty classes and 15driving lessons of one hour each on road. The general terms conditions are as follows: -

1. The fee for complete training course including license and “Pick’ n Drop” facility Rs. 7000 subject to discounts and on group bookings and corporate consideration.
   
2. The training fee is payable full in advance at the time of enrolment and the same is not transferable or refundable.
   
3. The student shall be punctual to the schedule given to him/her and in case of delay or absence the institute shall not be responsible and the students shall be liable to pay extra proportionate fee in order to complete 15 lessons.
   
4. The conduct of the trainee is assessable by the sole opinion of the Instructions whose report will be upheld above the reservations if any of the trainee.
   
5. The student shall appear for necessary driving tests and complete other formalities as and when required and directed by the Management of the Institute.
   
6. The student as a rule will attach four passport size photographs along with two photocopies of his/her National Identification Card with application for enrolment.
   
7. The training with not be imparted under this agreement if (A) the car is out of order (B) the weather (C) circumstances exist beyond the control of the management, and or (D) The trainee is found to be criminally incriminated or medically unfit.
   
8. The student should make payment against official receipts of the company. Cheques should only be drawn in the company’s name and should be “Account Payees”. The management will not be responsible fir any payments affected without official, to personal of the company.
   
9. The student should never venture to drive the Institute’s Oar in the absence of the instructor otherwise the student will be responsible for loss, damages and penalty incurred.
   The terms and conditions stated herein above shall be treated as a contract between the enrolled student and the management of the Institute (CARDEALS) and this contract will be VALID for one year from the date of admission.

1. The trainee hereby indemnities for claims of any nature what-so-ever the Institute “CARDEALS” (Regd.) and the instructor employed by the Institute against all the following:
   
   (a) Theft or personal effects of the trainee from the car or the trainee person, how ever may occur.
   (b) Break down of training vehicle inconvenience caused to the trainee irrespective, as a consequence.
   (c) Death or physical injury caused to the trainee as a consequence of riot, Civil commotion, Fire and or major accident for what ever the cause reason or occasion.
   
   
2. Any dispute arising out of the agreement baring the above indemnity will be first referred to arbitration under requirements of the arbitration Act in force.
